Regular Season Round 10: TalTech - HNMKY 77-74

Very expected game when 87th ranked FinnishHNMKY (3-5) was edged by twentieth ranked Estonian TalTech (5-3) 77-74 on Sunday. However just three-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. TalTech trailed by 2 points after three quarters before their 23-18 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Forward Mark Poljakov (198-2009) fired a double-double by scoring 20 points and 13 rebounds for the winners. Guard Daniel Kaljula (186-2009) chipped in 23 points and 5 assists. Forward Viljam Virtanen (202-2009) produced a double-double by scoring 10 points, 15 rebounds and 4 assists and Veikko Keto added 18 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists respectively for lost side. Four TalTech and five HNMKY players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. TalTech have a solid four-game winning streak. They moved-up to eighteenth place, which they share with DSN and Marupes. Loser HNMKY dropped to the 86th position with five games lost.
